Due to the fact that I knew exactly what I wanted it made the whole process easy. I was in and out and I was in no hurry to receive my furniture. When it was time for delivery I was notified that the furniture was damaged and they replaced it. Delivery was smooth the men listed to where we wanted the furniture.

Gigi and Steve were awesome!! A very pleasant experience!! I'll be back! UPDATE.... My pleasant experience turned into a nightmare!! I paid for my furniture to be assembled and it came in boxes! 3 days before Christmas have huge boxes in my living room beside my tree! Never again!!!!
Happy with the futon I got. Picked it out at one showroom, picked it up at another locale where it was in stock. Employees could have lent a hand when I was hoisting the box on my car racks, but otherwise no complaints, and I must admit I showed up minutes before closing time.
When we visited Home Gallery, I was concerned if the merchandise was properly sealed; the store let us visit the back of the house, and all of their box springs and mattresses were appropriately sealed to make certain safety of merchandise – which ensured that their product was free from infestation.
